RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes online shopping doesn’t always work out. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase. PLEASE READ OUR RETURN GUIDELINES.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you return an item, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the original shipment date to be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned at your expense.
- All returned items must be in original condition (brand new, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, free of odors, free of stains, with tags attached)
- Shoes, swimsuits, bodysuits, and accessories, undergarments, and clearance items are FINAL SALE .
- Original shipping fees are NON-Refundable and do not apply to your store credit.
- All items are returned at the customers expense.
- Please email us with your order number, name, and the reason you are returning the item
- Please obtain a tracking number for your return for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for return packages being lost during shipment.
